This Privacy Policy explains what information Let's Learn (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects when you use letslearn-om.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Let's Learn, you agree to this policy.
1. Who we are
Let's Learn is an online learning platform for students in the Sultanate of Oman, covering Grades 10 to 12. We are operated by Moons Suburbs SPC, based in Muscat, Oman. For any privacy question, contact us at support@letslearn-om.com.
2. Information we collect
Account information: your name, email address, and password (or, if you sign in with Google, the basic profile information Google shares with us). Learning data: the grade, courses and lessons you access, your progress, quiz and exam attempts, and your results. Certificate information: the name you choose to appear on a completion certificate. Payment information: when you subscribe, payment is processed by our payment provider, Thawani. We do not see or store your full card number. We keep a record of your transactions (amount, date, what was purchased) for billing and receipts. Technical information: basic data such as device and browser type and log information needed to keep the service secure and working.
3. How we use your information
To create and manage your account and let you sign in. To deliver lessons, track your progress, run quizzes and exams, and issue certificates. To process subscriptions and payments and provide receipts. To send you essential service emails (for example, email verification and account or payment notices). To keep the platform secure, fix problems, and improve it. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use student data for advertising.
4. Students under 18 and parental consent
Let's Learn is designed for Grade 10–12 students, many of whom are under 18. If you are under 18, you should use Let's Learn only with the knowledge and consent of a parent or guardian. In most cases a parent, guardian or adult family member also makes the payment on the student's behalf. A parent or guardian may contact us at any time at support@letslearn-om.com to review, correct, or request deletion of their child's information, or to close the account. We will act on reasonable requests promptly.
5. Service providers we share data with
We use trusted third-party providers to run the platform. They process data only to provide their service to us: Supabase — secure database, accounts and file storage. Google — optional “sign in with Google”. Cloudflare — video and image delivery. Resend — sending service emails. Thawani — payment processing (an Oman-licensed payment gateway). Vercel — hosting of the website. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety and security of our users and the platform.
6. Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to keep the service working and secure. We do not use cookies for advertising.
7. How long we keep your data
We keep your information for as long as your account is active. If you close your account or ask us to delete your data, we will delete or anonymise it, except where we must keep certain records (for example, payment and tax records) for the period required by law.
8. Your rights
In line with Oman's Personal Data Protection Law, you may ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to close your account. To make a request, email support@letslearn-om.com. For a student under 18, a parent or guardian may make the request.
9. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including access controls and encrypted connections. No online service can be guaranteed perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and to fix issues quickly.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make a significant change, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the platform or by email.
