These Terms govern your use of Let's Learn at letslearn-om.com. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Let's Learn.
1. About the service
Let's Learn provides video lessons, practice quizzes, a past-paper exam bank, progress tracking, and completion certificates for students in the Sultanate of Oman (Grades 10–12). The service is provided by Moons Suburbs SPC, Muscat, Oman.
2. Eligibility and parental consent
Let's Learn is intended for Grade 10–12 students. If you are under 18, you may use Let's Learn only with the permission of a parent or guardian, and by using it you confirm that such permission has been given. A parent or guardian who allows a student to use Let's Learn accepts these Terms on the student's behalf.
3. Your account
Provide accurate information when you register and keep it up to date. Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Accounts are personal. Do not share your login with others or let others use your account.
4. Plans, prices and payment
Let's Learn offers three ways to enrol: Course subscription — monthly access to a course, billed monthly. Exam bank — one-time access to past-paper exams for a set period. All-access bundle — monthly access combining courses and the exam bank. Prices are shown in the platform in Omani Rial (OMR) and include applicable VAT. Payments are processed securely by Thawani. We do not store your full card details. Payment authorisation: many students pay using a card belonging to a parent, guardian or family member. By entering payment details, the person paying confirms that they are the cardholder or are authorised to use the card, and they agree to the charges — including, for monthly plans, recurring charges until the subscription is cancelled. Where the student is under 18, the person paying also confirms they are a parent or guardian (or are paying with their consent).
5. Auto-renewal and cancellation
Monthly plans renew automatically each period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account (Account → Subscriptions). When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for; we do not charge you again after that. One-time exam-bank access ends on the expiry date shown at purchase.
6. Refunds
Because Let's Learn is digital content you can access immediately: Subscription fees already paid for the current period are non-refundable; cancelling stops future renewals. One-time purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted. If you were charged in error or charged twice, contact us at support@letslearn-om.com and we will review and correct genuine billing mistakes.
7. Free content
Some lessons are available free so you can try the platform before subscribing. Free content may change over time.
8. Acceptable use
When using Let's Learn, you agree not to: Copy, record, download, resell or share the lessons, quizzes, exams or answers outside the platform. Share or resell your account access. Attempt to break, scrape, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the platform. Use the service for anything unlawful.
9. Content ownership
All lessons, questions, model answers, explanations, designs and other materials on Let's Learn are owned by us or our licensors. You get a personal, non-transferable right to use them for your own study only. You may not redistribute them.
10. Certificates
When you complete a course and meet the pass mark, Let's Learn issues a completion certificate that can be verified online. A Let's Learn certificate shows that you completed and passed a course on our platform. It is not a government-accredited or official academic qualification.
11. Availability and “as is”
We work to keep the platform available and accurate, but we provide it “as is”. We do not promise the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free, and we do not guarantee any particular exam result or grade. Let's Learn is a study aid; results depend on each student.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Let's Learn is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Where we are found liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the issue arose.
13. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms or misuses the platform. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a significant change, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use Let's Learn after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, and the courts of Oman have jurisdiction over any dispute. For any question about these Terms, contact support@letslearn-om.com.
